typical entitled woman's rant
This is more of a pamphlet really.It is 100 pages long but the print is huge.There is no discussion of cultural expectations or changes in male-female relationships. I was looking for a thoughtful discussion of etiquette. What I got was a particular woman's ranting about what kind of man she wants and what she finds irritating in the men she dates.Personally, I'm not sure the author is the type of woman I am looking for, so I didn't find the "book" very helpful.

Rude awakening
Wow.Have I got a lot of work to do in a little time.As a 25 year old professional single male in New York City, I am shocked to find out how many things I need to work on......I've already changed my pick up lines............and my "bedside MANners......"

Unorganized, Not durable
I have had this atlas for about 9 months. I am not so pleased with the overall organization on the maps. It is not easy to follow a route when it moves to another page. Lacks good page to page references and sometimes the next map is dozens of pages apart. But the worst thing is that I recently took it on a trip and the heat in the car caused the glue in the binding to melt and all the pages fell out. Worthless now.

I was a struggling 10th grade student who was in dire needs for a good grade in global studies. I turned to overpriced tutors who couldnt cater to my needs. I knew I had no learning disability because every other subject I found easy to learn and I excelled in them. It was just the wretched GlobalStudies subject that would torment me every time I would recieve anothertest back. As the regents were approaching I figured that I should juststick to reviewing review books over and over again until I could grasp theelusive material I needed for the future tests. So I turned to this book. Iread the book and it was almost divinely how easy it came to me and how readily I could recall the material. I finished reviewing just last weekand I feel extremely confident for this years New York Regents. Idefinitely recommend this book to those who struggled or even felt GlobalStudies has been a breeze for the two years of high school. Its a great wayto prepare for the regents. entertaining inspiring life changing
The Bible, which is actually a compilation of books packed into one volume is the greatest book ever written and the best selling book of all time. A useful account of pre-contemporary Marian visitations
A series of 8 essays published in 1960 on Marian apparitions from Guadalupe to Fatima and beyond. The most recent sightings covered are Banneux and Beauraing from the 1930s. If you want some basic background on these earlier visits of Mary and don't mind the official Catholic version this is a very useful book.

Excellent, compact Marian apparition library.
That's exactly what I was looking for.I didn't want to read lengthy volumes on each apparition, but I wanted a solid account of each, especially the most important, recent, Church approved ones.
Not just for catholics, thank goodness
This book could have been quite good, as long as it is viewed as what it is: a book on modern apparitions of Goddesses. I'm a great fan of ghosts, apparitions, and other supranormal phenomena. I am not a Christian. Let me tell you what's really wrong with this book.

Not exactly good
Road to Omaha could have been a really funny and enjoyable book if the author had just gone a little softer with off the wall "coincidences" and having 98% of the conversations being disjointed screaming matches. As it is I bought 10 books for $1.00 at a yard sale and this books wasn't even worth the .10 cents it cost me.
Disappointing farce/thriller (what is that anyway?)
I have never read Ludlum before, although I enjoyed the film version (I know, the movie is never as good as the book) of the first two Bourne books.
Omaha Rewards
This book did bring very good character actioninto play.The Road to Omaha unfortunately was a little bumpy.I would've appreciated if they would've described the character relation to Omaha itselt in a little bit more detail.Gandolf, the www.omaharewards.com site member has a little trouble with business loyalty.In the long run though I would recommend this book for anyone interested in explorer character interaction in vague detail. ...
