Creative and Cute
Workman Publishing is famous for the "bad cat" calendars and the 365 Kittens a Year Calendar. If you love cats it is more than likely you have either seen these items or own them and buy them every year. You can even enter the Cat Calendar Contest and possibly see your very own cats in the calendar the following year. What a fun and inventive idea! This creates some of the best cat pictures you will find because of the wide variety of pictures to choose from each year.

Crowd Pleasing Winner!
We use this callendar on the front desk in our veterinary practice. It gets rave reviews every year, and many requests to know where we got it. We also get the cat Cat Gallery Calendar too! Can't go wrong with either one.

Best page-a-day calendar for dog lovers!
Wonderful smile-inducing calendar...High quality paper with great photos(larger than most page-a-day calendars; each page measures 6 X 7 inches). I have purchased the Dog Gallery Calendar for the past three years and have pre-ordered several 2007 versions to give as gifts this Christmas. Highly recommended!

Best quality page-a-day I've found!
I really like my 2006 Dog Gallery Page-A-Day Calendar.The pictures are great, they're larger than most page-a-day pictures and printed on quality paper, and each picture is accompanied by a line or two of doggy insight.I like the plastic holder that allows shifting of each day's photo to the back of the stack instead of the tear-off type calendars that require regular peeling off of binding that remains after each page is removed.Because it is larger than most page-a-day calendars, people with limited desk space may find it a bit cumbersome but I love it!I will purchase this item every year.(TO WORKMAN PUBLISHING: Perhaps you could make only the calendar pages available to those of us who already have the plastic holder?) ... If you love Fay, you'll love this fun calendar!
I originally fell in love with William Wegman's work when watching Fay play dress up on Sesame Street. tasteless
as a dog lover i was looking forward to the delivery of this calendar, but was disappointed when it came. take a closer look at the back cover of the thing, which shows a small pic of each month's photo... leaves delicately placed on the dog's head, a bbq covered in tin foil to represent a lunar space module, two (wahey!) versions of managing to ARTISTICALLY pile things on top of the beautiful Weimeraner (sp?)... it gets better- there are wigs, interestingly placed flowers... honestly.You want to rescue the poor mutt and tell it not to take any notice of this, frankly, floundering photographer.Read more

Purrfectly Great Year Ahead
This lovely wall calendar is certain to please any and all cat people on your gift list. Why? Because it's not one of those overly-cute kitty compilations that non-cat people always, maddeningly, assume we like.Instead, it's twelve months of beautiful photographs of cats by Hans Silvester taken from various of his well known and highly regarded Cats in the Sun series of books.
Purrrrfect
Choosing my calendars is a big deal for me each year, because I decorate my otherwise dreary office cube (think Dilbert) with as many as will fit (usually three). The one facing me as I sit at my desk must always be a cat calendar, I have decreed.
Politics aside, this is a great calender
I have bought this calender for three years straight now, and 2005's is by far the best. The pictures really do seem to get at some essential wild nature of cats, and I love having them on my wall all year.
