About James Dobson
I Lived in Colorado Springs just down the road from focas on the family for several years and the review I read about what James Dobson was saying struck me as funny. This man claims to be a godly and rightgious man hiself yet he is only in this for the money as well. You go into the gift shop at focas on the family and when you go to purchase anything in there on it, it says donation price is.... So that Mr Dobson does not have to pay taxes on it. So Who is the hipocrite here????? I do not know if this book is true or not but I would like to keep an open mind. None of us in this world knows the truth that lies out there the greatest gift we can give to ourselves and others is pure love and I think that is what is trying to be said in this book. There is no wrong or right way there is just faith and the ultimate to except everyone and everything and to obtaine that higher level and to love one another unconditionally......

Finally
I grew up in the church, l was bombarded with the bible and its endless threats of sin and hell. Finally through the Conversations of God books I have discovered a God that loves us all. Would you torture the ones you love for making mistakes? God is love. More love than you could ever understand. I am thankful to have found the truth, Finally! Thank you God.

if you're a complete newbie, i recommed getting this fair-quality book, but just know its not great
ok, this is a good book. by studying from this, you'll develop a knowledge of basic hindi grammar backed by a couple hundred words. it is broken into 2 parts. the first 10 lessons is about speaking and the second last six is about writing. i'm now on lesson 9 of the first part and spending a little reviewing the previous lessons.
Suitable For Whetting Your Curiosity And More
I purchased both the book and the audio CD, and so far I've read maybe 8 or so pages, but have played the CDs quite a bit as a companion to my daily commute. Bhatia is my first exposure to Hindi langauge instruction. So far the experience has been enjoyable, though a lot of Hindi letters sound alike to my tin ear.

Good, but not exactly what I was hoping for
I bought these tapes hoping to learn some of the Jewish mystics' ideas about Out of Body Experiences. While the last tape has a very good meditation concerning "soul travel" (which I think is the samething), that was about all that was mentioned on that topic. I enjoylistening to Rabbi Cooper (I've also listened to "The MysticalKaballah"), and am certainly not sorry I bought the tapes. ADD/ADHD IS REAL
This is a good book because of it's format; ie: Question/Answer. I think it might even be more helpful to those living with, or who associate with others who have ADD/ADHD.

Freeing the Writer Within
In Writing Down the Bones, Natalie Goldberg challenges the writer to break free from conventional syntax, sentence structure, and the goody-two-shoes nature which compels us to write only what we believe others want to hear. Through this book, I have realized the importance of separating the writer from the editor, and allowing for free-flow thought. Learn to let go.
I have been recommending this book to my astrology clients and people who take my Creative Living class for years.It helps its readersto focus on how to change difficult patterns relational patterns--which we all know is not easy.Readers feel the kindness and compassion of the author as well as her expertise throughout the book.
A must for everyone!!!
This audio book was a great source of information, not only for helping me figure out my past anger issues, but how to deal with future issues.The examples in the book were real life and I could place myself in those situations.I have listened to it more than once, and I still keeping finding ways to avoid anger and work on the real issues with my kids, parents, co-workers and spouse.Again, a must for everyone...it may sound strange,but would make a great wedding present!

Highly Entertaining
I learned a lot of words on my way to work and was very entertained as well. Some words are ones that you'll never use or find anywhere, but most were helpful to know. My only problem is that there isn't an easy way for you to understand how each word is spelled while listening to the tape.

Some Parts Good; Mostly A Dissapointment
This audio presentation of "People of the Century" is I'm afraid mostly a dissapointment. Dan Rather serves as the overall narrator briefly mentioning the 100 people included with a select few of these people given an expanded presentation written usually by a famous author or personality (i.e. Lee Iacocca writing about Henry Ford; Salman Rushdie about Ghandi,etc.). If you've never heard of Winston Churchill, this CD is for y
Very disappointing. Much of the narrative spits out facts that everyone already knows. Most of the rest is decoration, trite commentary and superficial philosophizing.The piece on Bill Gates is typical. It wasdelivered in a contemptuous tone, skipped the exciting history ofMicrosoft, and even dismissed "The Road Ahead" as trivial!Similarly, Iacocca's piece on Henry Ford does not even mention Ford'sinfamous bigotry. In fairness, I must say that I did learn a bit about thelesser known people, and enjoyed the imaginative piece on Gandhi.
