Not bad for america
Good source for help in working with older properties, although a bit tooflip. Generally European sources are more informed than USA but this givesgood references and sources which is what most private individuals need. Itis less usefull for professionals such as architects & designers.Evenhere because architectural and design education in the states is moregeared towards large scale developement and not so much to restoration /renovation this reference is usefull. Good for usa names and sources, butsuggest that european references etc. are better in terms of specificdetails and construction. ... Read more

My Review for the 2001 Guinness Book
This book is about cool stuff. It has weird stuff too. It has stuff like the biggest toy retailer. There is stuff like greatest meteor shower in the world. There are over 1000 extraordinary new records. This book is just one of them that they have. I think that this book is very good. So you can check this book out at your local library.

Good, buta little graphic
This book was O.K.I liked most of it.It was also quite large, compared to some of the most recent ones.However it was in black and white.It was interesting, but if you have young kids then I would not suggest it.It does have a few disturbing pictures.OverallI would give it a 7/10.If you are wondering if I would recomend it,it would depend on your age.I also would not recomend it to people who get quesy very easily.Thank you for taking the time to read my review.

The At Least Semi-Official Record of the Year in Theatre
One of the delights each year is to get the new copy of this book. It covers a year that's always a year or two back. This gives an opportunity to remember and reflect on the season that was.
Comprehensive!
